Can you give us tips on flipping houses? I want to become a millionaire by buying cheap houses, fixing them, and sell it double the price.

I’ve seen lots of houses like that in Dallas lately. Some people simply buy a house, replace the carpet, and paint here and there. They spend 5 or 10 thousand and want to sell it for 50 thousand more than what it used to be.
